Refund policy
At Minglo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to enjoy a comfortable and confident shopping experience when purchasing our sleepwear products.
All Minglo products are manufactured in China and shipped from our U.S. warehouse. To provide convenient after-sales service, all approved returns are processed through our United States warehouse.
Please carefully review the following return and refund policy before requesting a return.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within:
30 days after the delivery date
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- The item must not have any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returned sleepwear products must meet all return requirements.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to hygiene considerations, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to improper use or care
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photos or relevant information. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2:
Wait for return approval and receive return instructions.
Step 3:
Ship the approved return item to our U.S. warehouse address.
Please do not send returns before receiving approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate return information and properly packaging returned items.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- The customer changes their mind
- The wrong size was selected
- The customer no longer wants the product
- The customer ordered the wrong item
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Minglo Responsibility
Minglo will cover return shipping costs when:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The order was incorrect due to our error
6. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a confirmation email regarding your refund status.
If your return is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing:
5–10 business days
after the return is approved.
Please note:
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
7. Exchange Policy
Currently, Minglo does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or style:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Place a new order for the desired product.
This allows customers to receive their preferred item faster.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within:
7 days after delivery
with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
Our team will review your request and provide a suitable solution.
