Shipping policy

At Minglo, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and convenient shopping experience for our customers.

All Minglo sleepwear products are manufactured in China and shipped from our United States warehouse. We carefully inspect and prepare each order before shipment to ensure product quality and a smooth delivery experience.

All returns and after-sales services are handled through our U.S. warehouse, providing customers with a convenient and efficient return process.

We currently provide shipping services only within the United States.


1. Product Manufacturing, Shipping & Return Information

Minglo products are manufactured at our production facility in China and shipped to customers from our warehouse located in the United States.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse after order processing is completed.

All approved returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse according to our return instructions.


2. Shipping Area

Minglo currently ships only within the United States.

We do not provide international shipping at this time.

Orders can only be delivered to valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States.


3. Order Processing Time

After your payment is successfully confirmed, your order will require:

1–3 business days

for order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Orders placed during holidays, promotions, or peak shopping seasons may require additional processing time.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Minglo provides standard shipping and expedited shipping options based on order value.

5. Free Shipping Policy

Customers qualify for free standard shipping when the order subtotal reaches:

$100 or more

Orders below $100 require a standard shipping fee of:

$6.55

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.


6. Expedited Shipping Policy

Expedited shipping is available for eligible orders only.

Customers must have an order subtotal of:

$150 or more

to select expedited shipping.

The expedited shipping fee is:

$14.96

Please note:

Expedited shipping only reduces transportation time. It does not reduce order processing time.

All orders still require:

1–3 business days

for processing before shipment.


7. Shipping Restrictions

Minglo currently ships only within the United States.

We are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • International addresses outside the United States
  • Military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses
  • Certain remote or restricted delivery areas
  • Locations that cannot receive standard carrier delivery service
  • Other special addresses restricted by shipping carriers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.


8. Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow:

24–48 hours

for tracking information to become active after shipment.


9. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Unexpected transportation issues

Minglo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, but we will assist customers whenever possible.
